Deposit Mobilization Strategy Development for an FI in Kenya

KfW contracted LFS to develop a deposit mobilization strategy for a leading MFI in Kenya and to design deposit products using alternative delivery channels. The output of the project was to serve the institution in preparing the preoperational phase for deposit mobilization. After a thorough demand- and supply analysis and an institutional assessment of the institution, LFS came up with recommendations on the strategy towards deposit mobilization.
