Diagnostic and development of the strategic business plan of an MFI

IFC approached LFS to assist an MFI in Myanmar to evaluate the microfinance business plan of the institution. This included an institutional diagnostic, an analysis of existing input-credit program, market research, several workshops with the Board and Management and the actual preparation of a business plan.
